Returns and Exchanges
Union Binding Company is happy to help you return or exchange your items purchased on unionbindingcompany.com that meet our returns and exchanges policy. Items must be in new condition, unused, unworn and in original packaging – no exception.
Returns
Within 30 days of purchase, we will replace your unused item(s) or refund the product price, whichever you prefer. After 30 days, we may offer to replace or offer a store credit at our discretion.
Refunds are subject to a return shipping fee.
Refunds issued may take up 5 business days to process.
To start your return please e-mail: info@principledistribution.com.au and quote your order number in the email header.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, please complete a return for the unwanted item with Returns Instructions above. Then, purchase your replacement item as a separate order. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot process your exchange as one transaction. Due to stock availability, we recommend placing your replacement order as soon as possible.

Shipping Information
We can only ship within Australia. All orders are fulfilled from Geelong, Vic. We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs. Although we cannot guarantee shipping time estimated at purchase, we will do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible. Delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to delays by carriers, inclement weather, and holidays. Carriers may vary depending on shipping type and destination.

Order Processing
At Al times we will try to meet the following criteria
Orders placed by 1pm EST will be shipped out the same day.*
Orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.*
Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will be shipped by Monday the following week.*
*Exceptions may apply, above times act a guideline for all processing times.
Delivery
Please make sure during checkout you are shipping your items to a secure location. Tracking is sent by email once your package is out for delivery. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
For express packages please click the express shipping icon – please note additional charges will apply.
Out of Stock Notice
We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address provided on your order. If we don’t receive a reply within 3 business days, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any back-ordered item will be cancelled and any amount paid refunded for non delviered items.
Taxes
All pricing on this website is inclusive of GST.
Payment
We accept credit card payment, shopify payments and paypal. In additon we accept Visa and MasterCard. You will be charged for the order at the time of placement of the order.
Order Confirmation
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
